Your appointment time is reserved just for you. In order to respect the time of both my clients and my business, I kindly ask that you follow the cancellation policy below. 24-Hour Notice Required If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule, and the full service price will still apply. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Card on File A valid card is required to book appointments.
